Onsite Proctorships
We provide direct hands on training in the Operating Room with your patients.
Dr. Yera, or a certified Yera Group surgeon, will obtain hospital privileges to scrub into the case to teach and provide assistance.
Didactics
We introduce new surgical devices and procedural techniques in a formal
setting such as Grand Rounds or during informal surgeon and hospital administrative dinners. Click for our current online training library.
Mentorships
Involves direct observation in the Operating Room to learn procedures of interest and/or master the safe and effective use of new surgical instruments.

Master Courses
We provide a hands-on course for Surgeons and First-Assists for

techniques like Laparoscopic Sacrocolpopexy. Master Courses provide a mechanism to master new and innovative surgical devices which showcases 3-D Laparoscopy, Smoke Elimination, Specimen Containment and Retrieval, and Endoscopic Suturing, to name a few,
